AGMs and Committee Meetings provide the ability to deliver the legislative requirements of an Owners Corporation, as well as an opportunity to engage with owners and key stakeholders in the community.
We encourage attendance and feedback from owners at AGMs as it provides further guidance into the elements that this vital stakeholder finds important.
The tasks involved in the meetings will include taking minutes, chairing meetings where required, issuing notices of meetings and providing minutes. Significant time will be provided, building a rapport with the committee members to develop a partnership approach to delivering outcomes.
