Hey, my name is Steph and my role is General Manager for Communities in NSW. I hold a Class 1 License in Strata Management and a Statement of Attainment in Team Leader Skill Set

I have been working in the Strata industry since 2014, starting as a repairs assistant, then moving into an assistant strata manager for a short period of time and following into strata manger role. Over this time, I have managed a diverse portfolio ranging from small to large strata schemes, BMC, Neighbourhood, Precinct and Community Associations. Previously I was working at a horse racing stables where I had quite a bad accident – following this, I happened to be speaking to a contact of mine through horses who owned a strata company, long story short she gave me a foot in the door, and I have never looked back.

When I reflect on what it is about my job that I love – although strata and community management can be quite a rollercoaster, I actually really enjoy what I do. I love working closely with our stakeholders to ensure we help deliver the best service possible to make their life easier. After all, it is essentially there home that we manage.

Hi, I am Anthony, GM of Operations & Communities. I have spent over 20 years in the sports and recreation industry working in senior leadership positions for the YMCA and have been with the Clublinks team for over three years. I’ve been fortunate enough to manage some of the largest leisure and aquatic venues and contracts in Australia, re-engineering and providing strategic and operational support to key stakeholders.

I have over 12 years experience working in the Strata Industry, working in both Strata Management and Fire & Building Compliance. Over my years in Strata I've seen many changes through the property and strata sector. I love working with Committees and Owners Corporations and assisting them in achieving their desired outcome. When im not at work you can find me playing or watching sport and volunteering at my local football association.

I have over 20 years experience in accounting, working in Public Practice for the first half of my career and then transferring to an internal accountant role in the second half. I have worked in a Research Institute, local Children’s charity and Solicitors office. I love being part of the Clublinks team that strives to deliver the best service possible to their communities.

I commenced working with Clublinks in 2021 and have the role as an Owners Corporation Manager. Previously I have been in several roles working in Real Estate and Property Strategy & found the skills gained in these areas were transferable to OC Management, so decided to ‘jump ship’ in the hope to expand my knowledge and skills across the property industry! Customer Service is my main focus and I like to think I do it well! I thoroughly enjoy dealing with our clients & committee members, visiting our sites, and managing the broad scope of challenges that commonly arise.

Hey there, my name is Dyze and I provide administrative and customer service support for Bingara Gorge, Waters Edge, Nangarin and Perricoota Waters. I also assist the Victorian team with Moonah Links and Settlers Run for Victoria. I have an Art degree in Communication majoring in advertising and seven years’ experience working for an Real Estate company as a campaign coordinator and campaign manager. Prior to joining Clublinks, I was an Account Manager which really reinforced my love for customer service and project management.
