I hold a Class 1 License in Strata Management and a Statement of Attainment in Team Leader Skill Set<\/p>\n\n<p>I have been working in the Strata industry since 2014, starting as a repairs assistant, then moving into an assistant strata manager for a short period of time and following into strata manger role. Over this time, I have managed a diverse portfolio ranging from small to large strata schemes, BMC, Neighbourhood, Precinct and Community Associations. Previously I was working at a horse racing stables where I had quite a bad accident \u2013 following this, I happened to be speaking to a contact of mine through horses who owned a strata company, long story short she gave me a foot in the door, and I have never looked back.<\/p>\n\n<p>When I reflect on what it is about my job that I love \u2013 although strata and community management can be quite a rollercoaster, I actually really enjoy what I do. I love working closely with our stakeholders to ensure we help deliver the best service possible to make their life easier.
