As you will note, Clublinks offer flexibility and accountability and will take the work away from the Committee, and in doing so, deliver assets to the highest standard whilst ensuring we meet all building codes and regulations.
Engagement of a Building Manager
Our recommendation is that the community engages directly with a qualified service provider and run the strata and building managements agreement separately. We feel this model provides more flexibility for the community and could reduce costs.
We propose to also manage all aspects of the building management contract, including quarterly review pieces for the Committee.
